Content and composition of the ABC databases

ABC Databases offer you full company profiles, classified on product and/or service. In our databases you will find business-to-business companies located in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and the North of France; producers, importers/wholesalers, trading companies, service providers. Extended company profiles give you complete information on production, services and delivery, types of company (producer, merchant, trader, service provider); we provide you with official company names, visiting addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, websites and year of foundation, ids of Chamber of Commerce, VAT-numbers, bank relations, capital, turnover (ABC Belgium/Luxembourg, ABC France) and number of employees. Further more names of decision makers to make a instant contact with potential business partners. Further more you will find trademarks, business relations like mother-, daughter-, sister companies, subsidiary companies, exclusive agencies and import/export activities of the companies. To make a long story short, a complete company report on over 330.000 b-to-b companies.

Combine search criteria

ABC Marketing tool offers you the possibility to combine your search criteria. Even the use of logical expressions is allowed. For detailed information see the ABC Marketing Manual.


View and print company reports

The result of your search will be shown in a result list. Clicking on a record in this result list will give you access to a full company report. You will be able to print this report. To use this functionality you will need so called ‘Reports’, credits for viewing and printing. ABC charges 1 report credit for each viewed/printed report. See our pricelist for more information.


Download data

Do you want to use the results of your search in your own environment? For mailings, sales leads etc? ABC offers you the possibility to download data to a MS-Excel- or CSV-text file.

Downloading facilities for complete company reports in text- or html-format also available. For these various types of downloading you will need ‘Credits’. ABC charges 1 credit for each company report downloaded. See our pricelist for more information.

Please note the difference between ‘Reports’ and ‘ Credits’ !

 > For downloading (exporting) towards xls or csv file: add Credits  to your license


‘Advanced’ use

Extra possibilities like sorting, personilizing the lay out of your result lists, saving search scripts and making notes are available. They guarantee you to find the right company information in a time- and cost effective way.
