I enter my codes properly but I am not granted access.
Please pay attention on what website you are login on to. For entering the ABC Marketing tool you have received a licence code and a password by e-mail. Please go to website www.abcdirect.nl and click on tab ABC MARKETING. Enter your license code and password in the fields on top of the screen.
If you have ordered your license through our webshop on www.abcmarketingtool.nl, you have made a password for your registration as a client. A confirmation of this registration has been sent to you by e-mail. In combination with your email address and this password you can view your client registration and your order history. Please do not confuse both passwords, they are for different purposes.

I have forgotten my license code for ABC Marketing (www.abcdirect.nl).
Please contact ABC by phone or e-mail. We will resend your license code immediately after checking your registration.


I have forgotten my password for ABC Marketing (www.abcdirect.nl)
Go to website www.abcdirect.nl. In the upper right corner you will find "Password forgotten?". Click here and follow the instructions on screen.


I have forgotten my password for my webshop account (www.abcmarketingtool.nl)

Click on Login in the left menu. Here you will find "Forgotten my password". Click on this line and follow further instructions. Your password will be sent towards your e-mail address.
 

License

My license has expired, what happens my remaining credits and reports?
If you buy a new license you can request for a transfer of remaining credits and reports to your new license. Please your attention: buying a license online results in a new license code. If you rather keep your expired license code (because of your saved searches and notes) please contact the ABC Marketing Team. They will re-activate your old license after your online order.

I already have a license code, I want to extend the period of use
Unfortunately it is not yet possible to upgrade/extend your existing license with this webshop. You will receive a new license code when you order online. It is however possible to order and pay online for a new license and contact the ABC Team afterwards. They are able to reset and upgrade your old license code. Your saved queries, profiles and notes will not be lost.

I have a license, I want to upgrade my number of reports/credits
Ordering credits/reports without ordering a license code on this webshop is not yet possible. Please contact the ABC team, they will upgrade your license instandly.
